Account & data deletion

Semantik ERP is a business platform. Employee accounts are created and managed by each organization's administrator on the Semantik platform; there is no public self sign-up. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Semantik account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever applies to you:

• Ask your organization administrator — your company admin can remove your user account from within the Semantik dashboard.
• Email us directly — send a request from your account email address to info@semantik-code.com with the subject "Delete my account". Please include the name of your organization so we can verify your request.

What gets deleted

Once your identity is verified, we delete the personal data linked to your user account, including:

• Your profile (name, email address, profile photo) and login credentials;
• Your attendance records and any location data captured at clock-in/out;
• Your push-notification device tokens.

What may be retained

Some records are owned by your organization rather than by you personally — for example invoices, customers, deals, projects and tasks created in the course of business. These belong to your organization's account and are handled according to your organization's instructions and any legal or accounting retention obligations (for example, financial records that must be kept to comply with tax law). Where we must retain such records, we remove or anonymize personal identifiers where feasible.
